I was quite pleased with how the work from King Appliance Service went. The timeliness of communication was excellent while trying to set up an appointment for them to come out. When I asked questions that went above and beyond the original scope of the work we had hired them for, the workers gave us very professional and knowledgeable information that helped us make the decision for what we needed. We had gone to them to have our washer and dryer repaired, and were unsure whether it would be worth it to repair them, or better to just buy them new, the worker from King Appliance gave me all the information in a very factual way so we would know our options for getting them repaired or replaced. I will definitely continue to use King Appliance for any repair needs, and I highly recommend their services.
