My refrigerator went out so I called King Appliance. Lady on phone sounded nice. Was told, AFTER I ASKED, a service fee of $69 would be charged if we did not use their service. Repair man shows up on time. He was rude on phone when he called to say he was on his way. When he got here he was nonchalant and rude. Said the fan needed replacing and it would be $350!! My husband and I were floored! I immediately took to google and told him absolutely not because that price is way to high. He looked at us and said, "Yeah, I don't blame you. That'll be $69." We paid him and as he was about to walk away my husband said, "Thank you!" He just gestured his hand up in the air as he walked away. Never said a word. We were livid at his unprofessionalism and the horrible outrageous price!

Needless to say, we googled the error codes from our refrigerator and low and behold we found a YouTube video showing us step by step on how to replace the fan. My husband then took out the fan from the fridge and we got the part number and googled it. Found it on Amazon for $33 plus free shipping. Part came in yesterday and we installed it in less than 15 minutes. Fridge is in working condition and all for only $33 - NOT $350!!!! I'm just sorry we called King Appliance at all!! They rip you off - DO NOT CALL THEM - EVER!!!!!!
