Horrible Experience !!!

After repairs were made to the referenced washer, I noticed the following damages. A dent on the body of the washer, a crack and scratches on the door.
We have been pleased with service in the past and is why we decided to contact King Appliance company for the most recent repair. I went ahead and took photos of the damage and emailed it off in hopes of getting a quick response to the problem...no response ! I thought maybe the email just got lost so I went ahead and sent it off again...nothing. I called my husband and told him that I had not heard from King Appliance , so he decided to get involved.

(The following conversation is from my husband)

I called King Appliance and spoke to the lady that answered and explained my frustration to her about our now cracked, dented and scratched washer. She was very nice and said that she would let JOE BOYD , the maintenance guy who worked on the washer, know of our concerns. JOE BOYD called me back to let me know that he had seen the photos and that there was no way that he could of damaged the washer like that . He went even further to say that he showed the photos to a colleague of his and they reaffirmed that in no way he could of done that damage. Obviously the reason why we did not get a call from the first 2 emails we sent Joe BOYD was he was too busy covering his tracks by finding another person to agree with his opinion. JOE asked me ,"What do expect me to do ?". I said that I wanted King Appliance to repair the damage back to the way it was before he started working on it. JOE BOYD told me, "that's not going to happen !" and hung up.
I then called the lady back at the store to explain to her what JOE said , and then everything changed with the nice" customer service". I was told that they fully trust their employees and that in no way would one of them lie about damaging something. So basically they are calling me and my wife liars. It sure is funny that we would call a place back after they had fixed our dryer 1 year ago and then have them come repair our washer, oh and then falsely accuse them of damaging our washer. I am extremely unhappy with JOE BOYD and the way King Appliance rallies behind their employees based on what they say. The Right thing would be to investigate the problem, make sure the customer is happy , and chalk it up to the price of doing business. Instead , you have a very unhappy customer that will tell everyone NOT TO USE KING APPLIANCE , and if you decide to use them, do not let JOE BOYD work on your appliances. I am in an industry that is directly related to residential and commercial real estate and will make sure that I let everyone know the horrible experience that I had. One final note, JOE BOYD decided to call me back again today to let me know that he got a third opinion......REALLY !!! Sounds to me that GUILT is running RAMPID !!!
