I am thrilled that I found King Appliance Service after having a bad experience with a different repair company. King's is perfect for my needs. My house is twenty years old. The appliances need to last because they would be costly to replace. My Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer started acting up a few years ago and the repair company that came out never actually fixed the problem. When it acted up again, I looked around and called King Appliance Service. I immediately got a good feeling from them when Joe showed up and took a look. He's an honest guy who asked me if it would be okay to bring someone else in to help with the diagnosis. So the next day, he brought another technician with him and together they accurately assessed the situation, ordered the correct part, and fixed it quickly. They explained what they were doing throughout the process and the customer service was phenomenal. Additionally, their prices are reasonable! If my Viking Range ever starts giving me problems, I know who to call, King Appliance Service!
