I feel very blessed to have found King Appliance Service when my Maytag washer needed to be repaired. I called them, and from the very first conversation, they were terrific to work with. They called me right back, they scheduled my appointment, and when their technician was available earlier than we'd arranged for, they called me up and asked if it was all right if they started early. That was fine by me!

The repair person assessed the issue with the washer on the spot, gave me a full explanation of the problem, and gave me options to choose from. I had a choice, and I chose to have King Appliance Service
perform the repair. The assessment didn't take but ten minutes, and they performed the work in a timely manner. Boom, boom, boom, done!

If I ever need any kind of appliance repair in the future, I will most certainly call on King Appliance Service; I have their card. I think anyone in need of appliance repair should know that with this company, you can trust the experience they'll have. As a consumer, you're vulnerable, you're depending on someone to tell you how to fix something. These folks will not take advantage of you, you can really trust them. They are straight and direct, they are communicative, and I recommend the quality of their work.
