My repairman came at a very reasonable time. I didn't have to wait all day for my service call. A quick call before my appointment let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he got right to work after a brief description of what was going on with my dryer. Joe was very polite and courteous. I had another question about a separate appliance and he addressed it honestly without incurring another cost or fee. He told me that it was more cost effective to buy a new appliance versus giving my microwave a quick and temporary fix. Honesty goes a long way in my book. I'll use this company again should the need arise. I'll also recommend this company to friends and family.
