The honesty King Appliance Service gave me was refreshing. They were actually able to tell me that it wouldn't be worth the cost to repair my refrigerator instead of simply going ahead with the project. The guy gave me a range of time that he was going to show up and actually arrived on the early end. I had a suspicion that it was my compressor, they took a look at my refrigerator and verified that this was indeed the issue. Being a 15 year old appliance however, they were up front and said that it would make more sense to replace rather than repair. I will definitely call them again.
