Joe has earned this reputation. When I came down to SA to assist my Mother-in-law for a week, her 14-year-old Maytag went out, the timing knob. He came out the next day and quoted the repair. We decided at its age a new one would likely be best. He advised us on best brands and was polite and courteous. I highly recommend this company.
