CBR & ReBath Solutions did two bathrooms for me. In one, they recreated the master shower using the original footprint, and in the hallway bathroom they did a bathub, wall, toilet, and floor. Everything turned out great, it looks perfect, and I'm very happy with it. The workers were clean, efficient, and fast. They were friendly and they answered any questions I had.

The one thing that makes me crazy is the reason I gave them 4/5 stars on Service. When you go online to set up a job, they send you this email with a video of one of their salespeople saying what the job entails. You're supposed to reply to the email to approve the video. When I got the video, there were a couple of things I had a problem with so I called them and we cleared it up over the phone. Then they kept sending me the same video over and over asking for approval, without any of the changes we discussed. I think I am on some kind of email list now and they keep sending it. Even now, after the job is complete, I am still getting this email

However, I am very satisfied with the service. What I really love is that they got it done so quickly. They told me in the beginning how long it would take and it was exactly what they said. They were in and out within a day for the master shower, and they finished the hall bathroom in only a day and a half. The workers needed some materials midway through the hall bathroom and I thought they would have to stop for the day, but one worker stayed and kept working while the other went out and got the materials they needed.
