The person from CBR & ReBath Solutions who came and did the setup was very helpful in terms of pricing and what kind of options we had. We were getting a bathtub insert installed, and we wanted it to be more elaborate than was appropriate, but his suggestion was to back off of it. After the project, we really appreciated he did that instead of trying to sell us every bell and whistle. The people who came to do the install were professional, clean, timely, and efficient. It was a good product and it still looks great! The whole experience exceeded my expectations.
