The first time CBR and Rebath Solutions came out, they did a lousy job of putting my bathtub in. The glue was not sticking to the wood properly, and it spread on the floor. The workers took all day to do the project. I called them, and they came back out right away.
The main worker came out, and said they definitely did something wrong. He came back with different workers. They put in the bathtub correctly this time, and it looked great. They took down all the previous walls, and fixed the basin. They only took half a day to finish the job, whereas the first workers took all day, and it was done correctly this time. I think the first time the employees were not as experienced, and they were newer. The second set of workers seemed much more experienced.
