Just last week I had the pleasure of working with Ken and Portico Home Inspections last week. 3/3. Ken did a very professional job in inspecting my new home and reviewing any and all concerns he came across. The owners had done a home inspection before they listed it and had shared it with us, but I wanted to make sure we had one of our own. When I compared the information provided by the owners inspector I was impressed with the level of detail and information Ken provided by comparison. Where as the other inspector thought it was okay to essentially check off items with little or no information Ken made sure to list out descriptions and photos of each of the issues he came across as well as recommendations. The best part of the entire process is that it put my mind at ease about this major purchase and I would recommend Ken and Portico to all of my family and friends.
