Ken was very thorough, professional and great in what he does. He was prompt. I have a new construction home that I had him inspect. He found all these details that needs correction or maintenance that I would have not found without him.
He walked me thru the features of the house and how to perform maintenance in the future. He was helpful and explained everything he finds. At the end of the day I barely remember all his tips, but his report had all what he said and more.
His report was detailed and was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Ken and would definitely hire him again for my 1 year inspection.
