Compared to experiences we have had with previous inspections for other home purchases, Ken Meyer exceeded our expectations. He was prompt and began work immediately. He completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. He thoroughly inspected all relevant mechanicals and structure of the home. During the inspection, he took time to answer our questions and vocalized pertinent findings. There was never a sense of him rushing to complete the job. We received the written report later on the same day. The report was categorized by system, broken down by item and contained clearly coded summaries. For any item that was marked as needing maintenance, Ken provided photographs that were clearly captioned. The use of photographs was very helpful in depicting the problem areas, especially in difficult to reach areas. Finally, Ken has been very accessible answering our questions in the days following the inspection and in providing recommendations of contractors. We will make use of the above mentioned photographs to convey to the contractors what needs to be corrected.
