I was very impressed with Ken! He was professional and incredibly thorough but also very friendly. Every aspect of the home was reviewed and issues were well documented with photos from every angle. Before Ken left the home he walked through almost all of the findings with me and answered all of my questions. The report was available a few hours later and contained everything we had discussed in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend Ken and Portico!
