Ken, conducted 2 very comprehensive inspections of two different homes we were looking to purchase in the Lake Oswego area. His inspections were so thorough that he was able to point out some items (roof) that were supposedly completed and were not, which gave us a reason to question some other items that were supposed to be completed. Ultimately because of this we backed out of the home. Ken inspected another home and again, very thorough. I would highly recommend his services.
