I was very pleased with the Liberty Tax Service experience. The people were helpful and nice, and they did an excellent job (as far I can tell). I'd recommend it to a friend, although I have to say, the prices are high compared to the investment of time it takes to do the work yourself. That said, this is still a great service for people who have no extra time, or a lot of extra money.
