Siemer Heating & Cooling has always done a really good job for me. This was not my first time using them. I have used them for quite some time now because they are quick to set up appointments, their staff is always pleasant and although they are not the cheapest gig in town they are definitely the most honest, reliable and competent in town. I had them come out most recently to replace the hot water heater. Everything turned out great. The technician showed up on time and was respectful of my home. He was prompt, polite and professional. They always take the time to assess any problem, explain their findings to me, let me know what they need to do to fix it and answer any questions that I may have. This time I had to leave so I was not at home when he finished the assessment so they made a small error and left the service charge on the bill. However, as soon as I contacted the shop the owner took it off of the billing because it has been the standing policy that once they assess the problem if you hire them to do the work they remove the service fee, so they did.
