Siemer Heating & Cooling does excellent work, and they show up on an emergency basis. I'm a preferred customer which you sign up for. And that puts you at the top of the queue. I would recommend that service. You pay monthly. But you get two checks on your system per year. And they're prompt. They show up when they say they're going to. They also get parts when I need them. My furnace needed a part, and they showed up when it was below zero outside. It was 15 years ago when I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. So I've been with them for a long time. Siemer Heating & Cooling are trustworthy and knowledgeable; competent. I have no problem with the work they've done. They do high-quality work. I've never had a problem with the technicians. They're always courteous. I watch them while they work as I'm currently retired. I get a kick out of seeing what they have to do. But I would never try and do their work for them. They have also installed another unit for me. It's a small heater and air conditioner combination. It's called an air conditioner heat pump. It's used in a 400 square-foot room. Scheduling is easy. I just call their office. I've never used their website. But if you need an annual checkup, they will call you. They even try and get ahold of you via email. And they're fairly efficient. One technician even had an iPad. They are respectful in my home. They clean up after themselves; they take out all used parts. I would recommend Siemer Heating & Cooling to my family and friends.
