Our 24 year old furnace stopped working due to a cracked primary and secondary heat exchanger and could not be repaired. Paul came out the same day (Friday) and the new furnace was installed on a Saturday. A+ rating on the workmanship/quality of the installation. Extremely satisfied with the furnace...it is quiet and uses far less natural gas and very little electricity.
