I don't have experience writing reviews, but I use them quite often when buying a product or service. So I decided I should help others by writing about my experience. My husband and I recently moved to Charlotte and we wanted our floors refinished. After meeting with several people we made our choice and went with Phil, Charlotte Hardwood Giant. He was very professional, gave great advice and is extremely professional. His price was a little higher then others but the job they did on my floors is amazing. They took off all the shoe molding and replaced it and it looks better then when they started. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time.
