I had an excellent experience with Phil and his team. I had my first floor refinished in order to create a more modern look, and I also had new hardwoods installed upstairs (after removing 30 year old carpet). I also had a pretty tight timeline, since I wanted the work done before I moved in, and my lease was ending soon. Phil and his team performed the work on time, and we are very pleased with the results. The upstairs and downstairs look brand new, and you cannot tell which floor is new and which floor is refinished. Phil kept me informed of his progress throughout the job.
