We have nothing but good feedback about The Hardwood Giant. We hired them to install hardwood floors in three of our bedrooms and then restain all our existing floors to match. They do meticulous work. His prices were fair, they showed up on time, communicated throughout the project - true professionals. We would recommend them to anyone. The owner of the company Phil Gilbert was on site each day and gave me updates daily on our project. We met with 4 flooring companies during our selection process and Phil was simply at a different level in professionalism, knowledge, credibility & was upfront that he was not in the lowest price business. I never felt like I was being sold to during the entire consultation. They are proof that there are still good contractors that put the customer first.
