I own a number of rental properties and received quotes from 3-4 furnace companies. Hot Pepper Furnace was the only company that understood the concept of quantity purchasing. Cliff was very thorough with his description of their service and showed the most interest out of all of them in wanting my business. I had one property that required service a little sooner than the others and they were able to fit that property in within a matter of 2-3 days. The other properties they did all in one day, one after the other, which made things very easy to coordinate with tenants. Yuri was the tech and he was obviously highly knowledgeable and willing to provide suggestions on minor maintenance issues that even I, who knows nothing about the mechanical, could take care of myself, saving me hundreds of dollars. When it was realized that a room was missed in one of the basements (my fault, not theirs), they sent Yuri out to clean out the ducts in that room the next day without additional cost. Both Cliff and Yuri were awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend using this company for your furnace needs.
