Have used Hot Pepper twice now for cleaning of ducts and venting. They are a great group of people, from booking through the actual servicing. Cliff quickly responded to my request for an appointment, the booking time was easily set and their teams showed up in time, not during a window. Anton, the service tech was very professional, responsive to questions and was considerate of the animals in my home.
