Very professional and friendly
We have 2 young grandchildren that Phil and Yuri became aware of and acted very professional and considerate about the loud noises. They did the best possible to reduce the noise level. I would DEFFINATLY RECOMMEND this company. I had never heard of Hot Pepper and was not sure with a name like that the kind of service we would get. Was recommended to my wife so we gave them a shot. I WILL use them every year for my furnace. They even waved goodbye to our grandson as they left. Thank you for the wonderful experience
