From the time they arrived to the time they departed, Yuri and his associate were professional and friendly. They adhered to COVID protocols and showed compassion for our dogs by making suggestions how to reduce the dogs anxiety about having compressed air blown through the pipes. They both took the time to explain how our humidifier was set up and explained each step of the process. Exceptional team and we are very happy repeat customers.
