Yuri is phenomenal! Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. We were especially impressed when he told us that our cold air returns still had the remnants from laying of the hardwood at original house construction. Funny thing we are the second owners and know for sure that this process has been done at 3 times before. No one ever thought to clean these ducts until Hot Pepper's Yuri.
