I sent an email requesting a quote on Sunday afternoon; and the technician came to the house on Wednesday afternoon - I am impressed that dispatch took the time to call me on Sunday. We had both our furnaces, AC units, 30 vents, fireplace, dryer vent and humidifiers cleaned. In addition, we had the power sanitizing completed (add-on feature). We will be booking maintenance packages in the future - excellent customer service and very diligent dispatch staff.
