From the initial telephone interaction with Cliff to get the initial quote, Hot Pepper met and exceeded our expectations! Our technician, Yuri, was friendly, knowledgeable, and absolute joy to chat/work with. We highly recommend Hot Pepper and are very satisfied customers! We certainly will be looking for that same "spice" again when booking our next furnace and duct cleaning!
