Cliff made sure he asked the right questions to determine the best solution for my needs. 1 price does not fit all for the services they offer. He was very personable and I never felt pressured to buy anything I did not need, in fact he suggested to skip a few services based on the information I provided to him. He was able to build a relationship quickly and this is hard task to do in a short time.

I got several quotes for my duck cleaning needs. None of the others cared to inquire about why I needed the services just here are the prices and packages. When cliff was explaining it to me I understood what he was talking about. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. You might come across other companies that seem cheaper but how much work are they really doing? What extra fees are they charging you? Cliff was upfront about the cost and provided some worst case scenario numbers so I would not be caught off guard should certain things need to be done.

I asked questions like do you remove the blower assemble and clean it? Do you remove and clean the vents? Is it only hot air vents that are cleaned or does it include cold air return? He answered any and all of my concerns and informed me about the type of work being done and how it was going to be completed. His team will cover the corners of the wall so they are not damaged, drop cloths to keep things clean and will remove footwear when coming into the house. I think these are things you would expect but the cheaper companies may not have covered the wall corners and could make a big mess.

He said he was able to book me up when he called me. I mentioned I would do it online due to the 5% discount. As he already had my information he was kind enough to compete the request and honor that discount.
I had not had my vents cleaned since we bought the house 6 ½ years ago so I went with the brush and blow package and opted for the dryer vent cleaning that is on the 2nd level of our home.

When Yuri arrived he was very informative and walked me through the process of what was going to happen. He asked if we had any kids or pets that could get out if the door was left open. Very professional, personable and honest
I asked him if he wanted something to drink and he said he just came from a major food chair in the area as they did work on their building so he was fine.
