I asked 3 times what would be the minimal or ball park charge and I was told they didnt know. Tech arrives to fix a 12.00 p trap leak and I was told there is a minimum charge of 177.50 on all calls! Why this wasn't disclosed to me after asking 3 times intitally is not good business practice!
