Jeremy came out on Sunday and cleared a backup in my upstairs bathroom that Bell Bros. couldn't. It took him a long time and he wouldn't quit until it was done. Bell Bros said I needed to replace pipes. I am now a lifetime customer. The best thing you could do now is to give Jeremy a raise to keep him.
