$800. Roof and gutters carefully pressure washed. Moss product applied. Debris from roof raked and picked up. Sides of house, fence, gutter exterior and eaves lightly pressured to remove debris. All concrete around house, (sidewalk, driveway, patio) and patio furniture lightly sprayed free of pine needles and dirt.
