The valve of the cold water tap failed completely late Sunday afternoon the day after New Year, causing the water to flow out at full force. We had to turn off the water to the whole unit at the street. Fortunately, Anthony was able to fix the problem completely. There were complications with old pipes and and a faulty replacement valve that he diagnosed and adapted effectively. Later, Anthony left me a voice mail with instructions not to overtighten ceramic stems as they are prone to break.
