I have been using Pete's Plumbing for years! And I have always had great service with the plumbers that come out and with the office staff.

I had an issue with the office recently and I am not sure what has changed in that area. I had a plumber out for a repair and he had to remove my utility sink. The sink did not leak prior to him having to remove it. He finished what he came to repair and replaced the sink. The next morning the area was covered in water. I called and the plumber came right back out and he had to put a part in the sink and he had it fixed right away. I had no more leaking after that. The office billed me a second time for the service call in addition to the part that the plumber used to fix the leaking sink. When I called the office the gal was rude to me. I ended up paying for the part that the plumber used in the sink but I did not pay the additional service charge because the sink had not leaked until he removed it.

On one other instance, I had gotten a quote for my fireplace from one of the technicians that came out. He gave me a quote but when I called the office that price changed significantly from the quote I was given and the gal in the office would not honor the quote I had gotten.

I am going to have some remodeling done with my kitchen and bathrooms and I had hopes that Pete's Plumbing would be my go-to plumbers for that big job. I am rethinking that currently as I do not know what has happened in the last few months with the office staff. I hope that we can get some resolution and that I can continue to use their wonderful plumbers for the work that I need to be completed.
