I have used Pete's Plumbing now for several years because I unfortunately needed to call them frequently for a tree root problem that caused emergency plumbing backups. I had little control over the blockage because it was an HOA owned tree. I had used 2 prior plumbing companies and was very disappointed, Pete's Plumbing was recommended by neighbors and I have been VERY satisfied with Pete's service, from the people on the phone to the field managers and technicians.

Pete's Plumbing is always available on an emergency basis. They always arrive at the pre-arranged time. They always do an efficient job and clean up before they leave. The rates are appropriate and fair. But of greatest importance to me, they are always professional, respectful and polite.

I recently had Pete's Plumbing to do a complete repair of my plumbing problem when the offending tree was finally removed. I had been quoted a price for the repair 2 years earlier and Pete's stood by that quote. They did a great job at repairing the plumbing. It took an entire day because of the extensive root involvement. They even removed what remained of the tree stump and roots, though I do not believe that was their job. The supervisor Frank was here to re-assess the repair needs and to supervise that all went well with the repair.

They have many wonderful employees, including Frank, Ron and Horatio and everyone in the office. I have always been satisfied with their service. I know that I am dealing with an honest and professional company.
