I just spoke with Patricia Hillis, general manager with Pete's Plumbing, and was very impressed & pleased with her. She listened patiently to me and understood my concerns. I am extremely satisfied with her sincerity and the outcome of our conversation. Yesterday, I posted my review of 3 stars. Today, following my conversation with Patrcia, I am very pleased to give Pete's Plumbing a 5 star rating. Without going into detail about our conversation, I was concerned about how long it took to get the invoice total and being told to call back the following day for the info. Once again, the tech Ron did an outstanding job in a timely manner and did not mind answering my questions about what he was doing. AND, "yes" I would call Pete's again in the future for plumbing work and would recommend them to my family & friends. Thank you again Patricia Hillis for your assistance.
