The tech Ron did a great job in a timely manner. He did not have his truck and was assigned another tech's truck which did not have the parts list prices inside. When I told him I was paying with a credit card, he instructed me to call the office manager with the c.c. number. When he finished the work, he called his office with the parts info and the amount of time it took to do the job. He also asked that the office manager call me back with the invoice total. More than two hours passed, and no call back. I called the office manager. She could not tell me how much the bill was and asked that I call back the next morning. Highly unusual!!! I refused and told her to call me. It wasn't even 2:00 P.M. yet. Why should a customer call back the next day nearly 20+ hours after the work was done to know how much I am being billed? Something is terribly wrong with this "picture".
