We interviewed three roofing companies and ProRoofing was one of three. We had a hard time getting any of the companies to come out and ProRoofing was the only one who showed up and did what exactly what they said they were going to do. We needed our roof replaced because the roofing company before them had put the roof on wrong, so ProRoofing fixed the problem and did an excellent job.
My only complaint is that when they finished the roof and I emailed their sales guy, Scott, he never got back to me. I wish their communication was a little better, but other than that, the new roof is perfect. They even added extra protection on a certain problem area of our roof that has leaks every year, so we're happy with their attention to detail and the quality of service and product that they provided.
