For the most part my experiences with the guys over at ProRoofing have been good. The sales team is not the greatest when it comes to communication, but the installation crew definitely makes up for that small deficiency. I am a real estate agent and so I am very used to dealing with contractors and I have to say that these guys are very dependable when it comes to contractors. The installation crew was outstanding because they were punctual and they kept everything neat and organized while they worked. They work hard and always get the job done on time, within the time frame that you establish with them up front. My only issues with them is this last time I utilized their service, they did have a couple technical flaws in their work that was pointed out to me by a painting crew. They also could stand to improve their communication as sometimes they are good at getting back to me and other times I never hear back from them at all. Other than those little hiccups, these guys are great and they do excellent work the vast majority of the time.
