ProRoofing was willing to accommodate as far as the process itself was concerned. They worked with me to come up with a payment plan which was satisfactory to me. They also worked with the guarantee. I went with them because of that. The re-did the roof. The workers were accommodating and they were perhaps a little careless at some times and did not get off all the debris. There had been some rodents who had gotten in to the building afterwards. I had some trouble getting people to come and inspect the roof afterwards. Other than that, it was fine.
