Before, I had recommended ProRoofing to people, like to my sister-in-law. Unfortunately, I paid $1500 cash for the roofing and after the rain and the heat, we found out that they didn't connect a pipe properly and it turns out that the heat condensed the rain and that cause a lot of damage.
They had to repair it and put in a new one, but the new one they still messed up because they didn't connect the pipe. My drywall was very damaged and still now the pipe is not connected like it should be.
The secretary was very nice, she takes care of everything but the guy, John I think, he would not even call back after he repaired the new one. I am doing by best to fix it and I paid someone to come help me because he didn't even call me back, they just said the roof was complete and I never heard from them.
