ProRoofing is a very good company that we've used for some of the buildings that we own. The quality of their work is excellent, and we've been very happy with the way they treat us. They work with us as far as pricing goes. They made a great bid and even included a cap on the roof to improve insulation, safety and noise control. None of the other companies who bid for us offered this extra service. ProRoofing also offers financing over ten years if you're looking for that as an option. Although they never pressured us with this option, it's nice to know we have it as an option. We've worked with Micah for the roofing. He is easy to work with and always double checks colors. The supervisor, Alex, is very good as well. He keeps the crew working hard. The crew doesn't overuse any of our resources. They keep everything thoroughly clean and in good condition. We've only found a couple of nails scattered throughout the complex, but that is expected. We're required to have our properties inspected every other year, and the one inspector particularly complimented us on the roofing. We have connected very well with this company. They make the jobs go very smoothly. Communication and follow-up has been extraordinary. They are reliable, and we will continue to work with them.
