I brought a transmission to AAMCO after pulling it out of a Toyota because I wanted to put it in my Suzuki and I wanted to see what was wrong with it. They got back to me quickly and told me everything was burnt to a crisp and needed to be replaced and rebuilt. They quoted me a very low price, which I was obviously happy about, and a week later the person who was rebuilding the transmission let me know he was driving to Portland to get me some parts for my transmission. I thought that was really great that he was going so far out of his way to get my transmission parts. They got the job done within a reasonable time frame and the price was unbeatable.
