STAY AWAY!! Horrible shop

They will keep your vehicle all day and it will come out worse then it went in.
Don’t even bother asking for your money back they will just laugh at you are call you stupid.
Don’t ever ever ever go there, staff is rude and dummer then a door post. They arnt even a real transmission shop, they can’t even service a transmission properly. They are liars, thefts, and a bunch of jokes.
Went in for a trans service $200, they didn’t even do it. It was still leaking fluid took it back they had it for 10 min said the pan was fine it was something else and that will be another $300.
Got smart and took it for a second opinion and was told that the trans pan was smashed to an unserivable degree and was the source of the leaking. It should have been suggested to be replaced and an improper gasket was used so the trans pan would never be able to seal properly.
In a nutshell save yourself and your bank account and go to a real shop.

This was Mike W. truck that his girlfriend dropped off on 1-28-19 for a transmission service. Dropped off vehicles come in at 8AM and are ready at 5PM unless they are finished earlier. We always try, but this is a very busy shop and we try to accommodate everyone. Some of these have to be "worked" into the schedule. Performed the service plus a free multi-point inspection and reported that there was an open recall at the dealership regarding the power steering, horn was not working, front brakes at 9mm, rear brakes at 6mm, tires at 8/32nds on front and 7/32nds on rear. Transmission operation was as designed. Cost was $191.87. Mike called a few days later and said he was seeing fluid, we made an appointment for the following Monday morning, but they did not show up. On 2-14-19, they dropped it off again. We inspected it and found the shift shaft seal was leaking, worked up a quote to repair and contacted the customer, they declined the repair and took the vehicle to Bend Transmission Co and came back with a $95 diagnostic invoice and were told by them it was the exact same repair. Upset that it was going to cost more money, they believe it was our service that caused the leak. The pan gasket and filter are a kit that comes complete, there is no way to install the wrong unit in the truck for starters. The shift shaft seal is located far above the pan line and is not part of any transmission service and is not even touched during said service. It is an unfortunate event that coincided with the service. The trucks transmission pan had a dent in it but this did not affect the operation of the vehicle at all and was not a part of the customers complaint. We provide our customers with information ONLY. If they choose to do the repair or not is entirely their decision, we only offer suggestions. We have never laughed at or called our customers stupid, that is a false statement by Ester H., you are entitled to judge us any way you wish, but we have not been in business for two decades because we mistreat our customers. I'm sorry your perception is we dont care, I am just saying it is misguided and I apologize for how you feel. Nobody enjoys spending money on their vehicles, we work hard to keep this to a minimum always. Pictures of the repair orders and invoices along with all recommendations and estimates are available at the shop for anybody who would like to see them.
