Not Good At All

I don't have anything good to say about Ninth Street Auto Repair & Transmissions. Things have been going consistently worse since I took my car in to them. I would rate them a negative five, if possible. I won't be going back there.

Danny, we're a little confused by your review rating. I went back through your 4 repair orders and understandably having to replace a new transmission under warranty is an inconvenience, but was still performed at no charge. The squeaks you brought the truck in for were upper and lower control arm bushings and you declined to do the $700+ repair. The only thing we did on your front end was an idler arm and tie rod ends then took to the alignment shop. The front suspension on a 1988 GMC is fairly simple and there was nothing except possibly tires that would be causing it to pull. I would be happy to come and get it for you and go through the work we performed.
