My gardener called me at work and informed me that one of his men broke a window at our house and I needed to call a glass company to arrange for window glass replacement. Her estimate was in line with the other companies but what set her apart was the way she quickly asked me all the right questions to quickly determine my problem and the price. She had a glass estimator in the area so she said he would stop by and leave me an exact estimate.

When I got home the estimate to replace glass was a little less than the phone estimate and since they were close to Costco where I needed to go I decided to stop in their glass shop and order my glass repair. They had seven people answering the phones and taking care of customers and everyone looked very busy, yet controlled and efficient. They showed me where they make the glass replacement units and repair windows. The shop was very neat and orderly.

They said they would have the replacement glass unit done the next day so we schedule to have the glass installation on the following day. The glass installer called before he came with an eta and showed up just when he said he would. I think his name was Nick. He was real nice and very fast at replacing the glass. He took the frame apart in seconds and when he was done with the window repairs it looked just like it did before he started.
