If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We got a quote on a window, put down a deposit, and scheduled the installation for two weeks later. However, 24 hours later, we were informed that our building was getting demolished.

We called the company immediately to cancel the installation, but were told for the first time that we were under contract and that deposits were nonrefundable. However, we never signed any contract nor were we ever made aware of one. When we called to discuss the deposit, the representative refused to give us their name and spoke to us in a condescending manner, even asking, “Did you really expect to get your deposit back?”

The lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, and poor communication made this a truly frustrating experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Needless to say, my bank has filed this dispute as fraud.
