I called so many places looking for a specific type of replacement service for the shattered glass in an antique piece of furniture - a family heirloom damaged during a move. When I called Windows & Glass Pros, I spoke with AC Curtis and he could not have been more helpful. He determined through specific questions and photos, that they could not replace my specific type of glass that I needed. What makes this unusual is that though they could not work on my project, he took the time and effort and offered ideas on what I could try and offered to see if anyone else there might have a referral they could give me. So, even though he knew I would not be able to bring him any business, he took the time to try and help me find someone who could. This is completely different from all the other companies I would call, who just said they could not do it and good luck. I will definitely reach out to Windows and Glass Pros next time I have a glass replacement need - I really appreciate the thoughtful approach to customer service.
